About Fat Kitty Teriyaki Sauce

All sauce is handcrafted by Chef Justin Wiese.

The Original

A blend of soy sauce, beet sugar, water, aji mirin, sake, rice vinegar, black pepper, bonito dashi & corn starch.

Sweet & Spicy

The Original base with brown sugar and garlic chili puree, creating a sweet, mild spice for those who like a bit of a kick.

Vegan & Gluten-free

A version of the Original, using no-wheat soy sauce, known as tamari sauce, and mushroom extract.
